FAQ

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • Every project is quoted individually based on scope, duration, location, and deliverables. What we can promise is that our pricing reflects the quality, preparation, and post-production work that goes into every frame. Reach out with your project details, and we'll put together a transparent, itemized quote.

  • Absolutely. We're based in SF but regularly work across the Bay Area, California, nationally, and internationally. Travel fees apply for out-of-area projects and are included transparently in your quote.

  • You don't need to have everything figured out — that's what the consultation is for. But it helps to have a general sense of: what the shoot is for, your preferred date or timeframe, the location or city, and whether you need photos, video, or both. A rough idea of how you'll use the content (social media, website, internal use, broadcast) also helps us tailor the right approach and scope.

  • Yes. We produce fully filmed podcast and videocast content — from single-camera setups to multi-camera productions with professional lighting and audio. Whether you're launching a show, recording a one-off episode, or building a recurring content series, we handle everything from setup to the final cut. Studio or on-location, San Francisco and beyond.

  • Our work covers restaurants, tech companies, corporate events, real estate developers, nonprofits, podcasts, videocasts, and large-scale productions. We've worked with brands like Amazon, NBA, Nordstrom, Logitech, and N8N, and covered events as large as Super Bowl LX and Formula 1. If you need content that moves people and represents your brand with precision, we're likely a fit.

  • Once you contact us, we start with a consultation — either by phone or email — to understand your project goals, timeline, and vision. After that, we send a custom quote. Upon approval and deposit, we lock in your date. On shoot day, we arrive early, prepared, and ready. Post-production timelines vary by project, but we keep communication open throughout. Final photos are delivered via online gallery, and videos through Vimeo or Dropbox. If revisions are needed, we handle them before closing the project.

  • For photography-only projects, turnaround is typically 2-3 weeks. Video projects vary based on complexity — short edits take 10-15 days, longer productions or multi-camera edits can take 4-5 weeks. We always confirm the expected timeline before the shoot so there are no surprises.

  • Most production companies specialize in one lane. We move comfortably between corporate brand work, large-scale event coverage, restaurant content, real estate, and podcast production — and bring the same cinematic standard to all of it. We've earned that range by working at every level, from intimate dinner tables to Super Bowl stages. Our approach is always deliberate: filmmaker's instincts, artist's precision, professional reliability.
